【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthetotalmanganesecontent,presentasmethylcyclopentadienylmanganesetricarbonyl(MMT),ofgasolinewithintheconcentrationrangefrom0.25to40mg/Lofmanganese.Thistestmethodisapplicabletoreformulatedgasolinecontainingupto12%volumemethyltertiarybutyletherorupto10%volumeethanol.Thistestmethodmaynotbeapplicabletohighlycrackedmaterialscontaininggreaterthan18volume%olefinsasdeterminedbyTestMethodD1319(nondepentanized).ThistestmethodhasbeendevelopedandtestedspecificallyforthedeterminationofMMTingasolineovertherecommendedconcentrationrange.Applicationofthemethodtootherconcentrationranges,tothedeterminationofMMTinothermaterials,ortothedeterminationofothermanganesecompoundsingasolinehavenotbeentestedThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thepreferredconcentrationunitsaremg/Lmanganese.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificwarningstatements,seeSections5and6.
