【摘要】:1ThispartofISO6402establishesasystemofdesignationforacrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate(ASA),acrylonitrile-(ethylene-propylene-diene)-styrene(AEPDS)andacrylonitrile-(chlorinatedpolyethylene)-styrene(ACS)mouldingandextrusionmaterials,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.2ThetypesofASA,AEPDSandACSplasticaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)Vicatsofteningtemperatureb)meltvolume-flowratec)Charpynotchedimpactstrengthd)tensilemodulusandoninformationaboutcomposition,intendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3ThispartofISO6402isapplicabletoallASA,AEPDSandACSmaterialsconsistingofacontinuousphasebasedmainlyonstyrene-acrylonitrile(SAN)copolymer(inwhichthestyrenecomponentmaybestyreneitselfand/oralkyl-substitutedstyrene)andadispersedelastomericphasebasedmainlyonacrylate(ASAmaterials),ethylene-propylene-diene(EPDM)(AEPDSmaterials),chlorinatedpolyethylene(ACSmaterials),withorwithoutothercomponents,insuchquantitiesasspecifiedindatablock1.ItappliestoASA,AEPDSandACSmaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granules,pelletsorchips,unmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.ISO6402-1:2002doesnotapplytomaterialsa)containinglessthan10%bymassofacrylonitrileinthecontinuousphase;b)withaCharpynotchedimpactstrengthoflessthan3kilojoulespersquaremetre;c)containinglessthan50%bymassofacrylateintheelastomericphaseinthecaseofASA;d)containinglessthan50%bymassofethylene-propylene-dieneintheelastomericphaseinthecaseofAEPDS;e)containinglessthan50%bymassofchlorinatedpolyethyleneintheelastomericphaseinthecaseofACS.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO6402doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofthisInternationalStandard,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(see3.1).
