【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofconveyorbeltvehicleswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisstandardappliesto:—self-propelledconveyorbeltvehicleswithorwithoutdriver'saccommodation;—self-propelledconveyorbeltvehiclesequippedwithavanbody;—towedconveyorbeltvehicles,Intendedtobeusedformanualloading/unloadingofaircraft.ExamplesoftypicaldesignsofconveyorbeltvehiclesaregiveninannexA.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytopneumaticsystemsandtocablelessremotecontrols.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforhazardscausedbynoiseandvibration.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoconveyorbeltvehicleswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
