【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardspecifiestechnicalsafetyrequirementsandmeasurestobeadoptedbypersonsundertakingthedesign(asdefinedin3.11ofEN292-1:1991),manufactureandsupplyofhydraulicpresseswhichareintendedtoworkcoldmetalormaterialpartlyofcoldmetal.1.2Thisstandardalsocoverspresses,whoseprimaryintendeduseistoworkcoldmetal,whicharetobeusedinthesamewaytoworkothersheetmaterials(suchascardboard,plastic,rubberorleather),andmetalpowder.1.3Therequirementsinthisstandardtakeaccountofintendeduse,asdefinedin3.12ofEN292-1:1991.Thisstandardpresumesaccesstothepressfromalldirections,dealswiththehazardsdescribedinclause4,andspecifiesthesafetymeasuresforboththeoperatorandotherexposedpersons.1.4Thisstandardalsoappliestoancillarydeviceswhichareanintegralpartofthepress.Forthesafeguardingofintegratedmanufacturingsystemsusingpresses,seealsoISO11161.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotcovermachineswhoseprincipaldesignedpurposeis:a)sheetmetalcuttingbyguillotine;b)attachingafastener,e.g.riveting,staplingorstitching;c)bendingorfolding;d)straightening;e)turretpunchpressing;f)extruding;g)dropforgingordropstamping;h)compactionofmetalpowder;i)singlepurposepunchingmachinesdesignedexclusivelyforprofiles,e.g.fortheconstructionindustry.1.6Thisstandardisapplicabletomachinesbuiltafteritsdateofissue.
