【摘要】:ThispartofISO8434specifiesthegeneralanddimensionalrequirementsforthedesignandperformanceofO-ringfacesealconnectorsmadeofsteelfortubeoutsidediametersorhoseinsidediametersof6mmthrough38mm,inclusive.Theseconnectorsareforuseinfluidpowerandgeneralapplicationswhereelastomericsealscanbeusedtopreventfluidleakage,includingleakagecausedbyvariationsinassemblyprocedures.TheyareintendedfortheconnectionoftubesandhosefittingstoportsinaccordancewithISO6149-1.(SeeISO12151-1forrelatedhosefittingspecification.)Theseconnectorsprovideleakproof,full-flowconnectionsinhydraulicsystemsoperatingfromavacuumof6,5kPa[0,065bar3)]absolutepressuretotheworkingpressuresshowninTable1.Becausemanyfactorsinfluencethepressureatwhichasystemperformssatisfactorily,thesevaluesshallnotbeunderstoodasguaranteedminimums.Foreveryapplication,itisrecommendedthatsufficienttestingbeconductedandreviewedbyboththeuserandmanufacturertoensurethatrequiredperformancelevelsaremet.NOTEForuseunderconditionsoutsidethepressureand/ortemperaturelimitsspecified,see5.3.Bothmetricandinchtubingcanbeaccommodatedbychangingthesleeve(seeAnnexD).Inthepast,theseconnectorshavebeenusedpredominantlywithinchtubing.Fornewandfuturedesigns,theuseofmetrictubingispreferred.ThispartofISO8434alsospecifiesaperformanceandqualificationtestforO-ringfacesealconnectors.
