【摘要】:ThispartofISO8262|IDF124specifiesthereferencemethodforthedeterminationofthefatcontentofmilk-basedandofliquid,concentratedordriedmilkproductstowhichtheRose-Gottlliebmethodisnotapplicable;i.e.thosecontainingdistinctquantitiesoffreefattyacidsorthosewhicharenotcompletelysolubleinammoniaowingtothepresenceoflumpsornon-milkingredients,suchascustards,porridgesorcertainmilk-basedproductsforbakerypurposes.NOTE1ReferenceRose-Gottliebmethodsforthedeterminationofthefatcontentofmilk,ofcream,ofevaporatedandsweetenedcondensedmilk,andofdriedmilkproductsarespecifiedinISO1211,ISO2450,ISO1737andISO1736respectively.Themethodisalsoapplicabletofreshcheesetypes,suchascottagecheeseandquarg,aswellastofreshcheeseswithaddedfruit,syrup,"muesli",etc.forwhichtheSBRmethodisnotsuitableowingtothehighercarbohydratecontentsand/orextremeinhomogeneity.NOTE2AreferenceSchmid-Bondzynski-Ratzlaffmethodforthedeterminationofthefatcontentofcheeseandprocessedcheeseproductshavinglactosecontentsbelow5%(massfraction)ofthenon-fatsolidsisspecifiedinISO1735.
